Subject: Kronus New UI<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As previously communicated, Kronos will be moving to a\nnew UI (user interface) effective September 17th<\/sup>, 2020. On this\ndate, you will no longer be able to access the classic UI, and the way you\nnavigate the system and complete some tasks will change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The above link is a presentation that will provide details on the capabilities of the new UI, and will provide direction on navigating the pages most frequently used by staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may have noticed the \u201cTry Our New Look\u201d button currently in the top right corner of Kronos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This button will allow you to access the new UI and practice navigating prior to the permanent switch on September 17th<\/sup>. Once you have entered the new UI, the screen will appear blank. Click the 3 lines on the top left of the screen and pin the menu to navigate through the different areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I recommend\nswitching to the new UI periodically to get comfortable with the interface and\nensure a smooth transition once the classic UI is no longer available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lastly,\nplease see the link provided below to access and download the new Kronos Mobile\nApplication:<\/p>\n\n\n\n https:\/\/community.kronos.com\/s\/wfr-mobile?language=en_US<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Have a\ngreat day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Human Resources <\/p>\n\n\n\n Previous email sent out by HR<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n From HR: Kronos \u2013 NEW UI (Interface)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n *** Please note, this UI update has been delayed until September***<\/p>\n\n\n\n Effective August 18, 2020, Kronos will have a new look!<\/p>\n\n\n\n How you navigate to the menus in the system will change.
