We are currently looking to recruit an instructor to join the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention team in training our employees. This will be in addition to your current position and responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The person will be required to attend training for the position. To get a sense of the training process, follow the link and open one of the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training programs offered: https:\/\/www.crisisprevention.com\/Training-and-Events<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking an instructor who is flexible to changes in schedule. As we continue to build our onboarding process, there may be a need to train on evenings and weekends. The estimated<\/strong> time commitment is 2 training sessions per month: 8 hours for a Full Certification session and 4 hours for a Re-certification session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Considering that this is a high cost and time investment, we expect a two-year commitment from the successful candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
