2015 T4\u2019s are now available on Total Access<\/strong><\/p>\n

Employees On Leave or Terminated will be mailed to their home address<\/strong><\/p>\n

To register for Total Access:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

To register follow all<\/u><\/strong> instructions below:<\/p>\n

To begin you will need the following information:<\/p>\n

Your user ID – <\/strong>6 Digit Employee #<\/p>\n

Company Code – <\/strong>31Q9<\/p>\n

Client No. – <\/strong>f2c88e<\/p>\n

Then all you need to do is to go to our home page and click on the \u201cTotal Access\u201d tab and<\/p>\n

Click Register now.\u00a0 Scroll through the page and accept. Complete all information.<\/p>\n

Once you have registered ADP will email you your User ID<\/p>\n

You need to then log on using your new User ID\u00a0\u00a0 password\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Client No\u00a0\u00a0 f2c88e and click on Statement set up. AND<\/p>\n

Click on Pay statements, Tax statements, accept and submit.<\/p>\n

To Login in for Total Access:<\/strong><\/p>\n

User ID\u00a0 –\u00a0\u00a0 eg:\u00a0\u00a0 JDoe\u00a0\u00a0 no more than 8 digits<\/strong><\/p>\n

Password:\u00a0 had to have a capital, a number and possibly a character no less than 8 digits<\/strong><\/p>\n

Client ID:\u00a0 f2c88e<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can now view your pay statements and T4\u2019s on line at your convenience.<\/p>\n
