That\u2019s because they can manage their benefit plan from any mobile device. And, because they are directly connected to our plan member website, they are working with the most current information and functionality every time.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Access benefits anytime, anywhere<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Employees get direct access from their mobile device to most of the key functions on the plan member website to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>submit an eClaim\u2014Drug, Paramedical, Vision, Dental, Healthcare Spending Account, and Incidental Health Expense*<\/li>\n<li>enter a new provider*<\/li>\n<li>submit eClaim receipts on their mobile device by using the camera function or uploading a photo from their device&#8217;s photo library*<\/li>\n<li>view and update their banking information*<\/li>\n<li>access a mobile version of their benefit card and save as an image to their device&#8217;s photo library<\/li>\n<li>save their benefit card to a digital wallet (like Apple Wallet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Connect 24\/7\u2014two easy options<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>employees simply go to benefitsmobile.empire.ca and enter their plan member website username and password, or<\/li>\n<li>go to the Empire Life home page (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.empire.ca\">empire.ca<\/a>), and choose \u201cGroup Plan Members\u201d from the Sign In list at the bottom right corner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Click the image below to download the PDF mini-brochure<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.clgw.ca\/Admin\/files\/2016\/12\/GRP-1465-eClaimsMobile-Flyer-EN-web.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7556 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clgw.ca\/Admin\/files\/2016\/12\/empirelogo2.png\" alt=\"Link to flyer\" width=\"200\" height=\"128\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.clgw.ca\/Admin\/files\/2016\/12\/empirelogo2.png 200w, https:\/\/old.clgw.ca\/Admin\/files\/2016\/12\/empirelogo2-150x96.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Questions?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions please call the Empire Life Customer Service Unit at 1 800-267-0215.
