Just a reminder that March 31st is the fiscal year-end for CLGW.
\nthis means that all revenues and expenses incurred from April 1, 2016 through to
\nMarch 31, 2017 must be processed within the next couple of weeks.
\nListed below are the items the Finance office requires in order that they are included
\nin the current fiscal year. (so if you need approvals and time for the paperwork to
\nreach 8 Royal road, please make allowances for that)
\nCash and Cheques that need to be Deposited:\u00a0Due Date is March 30th<\/p>\n
Travel Expenses with dates on or before Mar 31:\u00a0Due Date is March 29th end of day
\n(to Janice Hacking in Payroll)<\/p>\n
ARC Invoicing and Room Rental Invoicing:\u00a0Due Date is April 7th<\/p>\n
Invoices dated on or before March 31, 2017:\u00a0Due Date is April 7th<\/p>\n
Gas and grocery receipts dated on or before Mar 31:\u00a0Due Date is April 7th<\/p>\n
Petty Cash Confirmation Forms:\u00a0Due Date is April 14th<\/p>\n
Petty Cash Requests (reconcile on Mar 31):\u00a0Due Date is April 4th by noon<\/p>\n
Ministry statistics (January 1 to March 31):\u00a0Due Date is April 15th<\/p>\n
Ministry statistics Year-to-date requirements:\u00a0Due Date is April 15th
\n(for Residential, i.e. individuals receiving supports in case mgmt, psychological assessments, behavioural supports
\nand speech therapy)<\/p>\n
