Registration can be\ndone:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Online via the\nplan administrator website&nbsp;<\/li><li>By completing\nthe \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/groupmarketing.cmail20.com\/t\/t-l-bjdjyc-qtkiudtlu-k\/\">Request for Overage Dependant Student Coverage<\/a>\u201d form and enclosing it with your&nbsp;next\npremium cheque;&nbsp;mailing it separately;&nbsp;emailing it to <a href=\"mailto:group.administration@empire.ca\">group.administration@empire.ca<\/a>&nbsp;or\nfaxing it to 1-888-841-9145.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If students\nare going to school outside Canada, there is a different&nbsp;process.
