SUBJECT: Annual Policy and Procedure Review

Hi everyone:
It is that time of year again, where all employees of Community Living Guelph Wellington are required to complete an annual review of a designated list of Policies and Procedures. This is one of the requirements of our Annual Compliance Review with the Ministry of Community and Social Services.
In previous years, checklists were distributed to all employees, Policies were reviewed and signed checklists were returned to Human Resources. This year, your review will be done electronically through Kronos by following these instructions:
Go into Kronos
Click on My To Do button (Bell in top right corner)
You will see all of the required documents listed.
Click on the magnifying glass on the left. Do not click on Upload button.
To open each of the documents listed, click on the blue download document symbol on the right.
Once you’ve read the document, close it and put a checkmark in the box to the left of the document name.
Proceed with downloading the next document until all have been read and check marked.
When you come to the acknowledgement at the end, put a checkmark in the box on the left. A page will pop up asking for your Kronos password, enter it and then click ok.
An e-mail will automatically be sent to you, your Direct Support Supervisor and Human Resources indicating the completion of your Annual Review.
Also note, if you are not able to review all of the policies at one time, click the refresh button on the top right. This will save what you have done for when you are able finish the remainder.
Please complete this review by February 9, 2018.
