To reach OnCall, dial 226-314-0804 from a touchtone phone.
You will then be greeted and be given two options:
- Press 1 to call in sick or to make a last minute shift change request
- Press 2 if calling in a program emergency
The system will then route your call depending on the time of day.
If you’re calling in sick or requesting a last minute shift change (press 1 on the main menu)
- Between 6:00am and 11:30pm, your call will be transferred to the Schedulers
- Outside of these times (11:30pm-6:00am), you will be able to leave a message for the Schedulers with your name, details (time and location) of your shifts and the reason your are calling
If you are calling in regarding a program emergency (press 2 on the main menu)
- Between 8:30am and 4:30pm on weekdays, you may contact the program supervisor directly, or you may continue and be transferred to the OnCall Supervisor
- Outside of these times (4:30pm-8:30am and weekends), you will reach the OnCall Supervisor
