Survey: Mental Health partnership coming to CLGW

Two out three Ontarians feel that COVID-19 has lasting and serious mental health impacts. 

CLGW is teaming up with Andrea Groenewald and Linda Gould from Five Star Relationships,  as well as Cathy Kuehni, Trauma, Grief and Loss Consultant, to provide mental health supports for our employees, the people we support and their families and caregivers. This team will be supported by our Behavioural Therapy team of Claire Jenkins M.Ed. (ABA, OCT, RBT) and Mirjana Vujosevic. 

This mental health initiative will include various supports, including counselling, coaching, mental health talks, emotional regulation, behavioural strategies, and more.

To help us tailor the mental health talks, we are asking you to participate in this short survey. 

We want to hear from you! We want to tailor these Mental Health initiatives to what you are seeing and experiencing so you get the most out of these supports.

BONUS! Feeling creative? We’re looking for help naming this mental health initiative!

Visit the survey link above, complete the questions, and you will be given a link to submit a name idea. Name ideas will be capped at 50 submissions, or on June 3, 2021. 

Name ideas will then be sent out for a vote. 

The person who submitted the most popular name will receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card. 

Please only one name idea per person. Should more than one person have the same great name idea, the person who submitted the name idea earliest will be eligible for prizing. If one person submits more than one name idea, their earliest submission will be eligible.

Please share this information with any of the people we support, their families and caregivers, as well as consider printing and posting it to your worksite for employees who are not regularly monitoring email. We have sent this out through our COVID update email list, but it never hurts to make sure someone has received the opportunity to participate.
