The 2023 Tax Forms are now available.

If you claim the basic personal amount, there is no need to access these forms.

However, if you’re tax exemption was anything other than the basic amount in 2022 (not including zero – no exemption), please complete the new tax forms below. Submit the completed forms to hr@clgw.ca

If you requested extra tax, the same amount requested will be carried forward.
