Subject: Kronus New UI
As previously communicated, Kronos will be moving to a new UI (user interface) effective September 17th, 2020. On this date, you will no longer be able to access the classic UI, and the way you navigate the system and complete some tasks will change.
The above link is a presentation that will provide details on the capabilities of the new UI, and will provide direction on navigating the pages most frequently used by staff.
You may have noticed the “Try Our New Look” button currently in the top right corner of Kronos.
This button will allow you to access the new UI and practice navigating prior to the permanent switch on September 17th. Once you have entered the new UI, the screen will appear blank. Click the 3 lines on the top left of the screen and pin the menu to navigate through the different areas.
I recommend switching to the new UI periodically to get comfortable with the interface and ensure a smooth transition once the classic UI is no longer available.

*** Please note, this UI update has been delayed until September***
Effective August 18, 2020, Kronos will have a new look!
How you navigate to the menus in the system will change. We are currently working on instructions and pre-setting up of your dashboard to more easily locate your regularly used items in Kronos.
Also with the upgrade, we will be enabling access to the latest version of the Kronos Mobile App. Instructions will be coming for this as well.
