Having trouble signing in?
Your CLGW account is used to access company resources securely. It is only to be used by you, and needs to be kept secure at all times.
If you’re having trouble signing into your CLGW account (Microsoft 365 / UKG), please complete the following steps:
- Reset your CLGW password
- From a trusted device, load the URL: https://aka.ms/sspr
- Enter your CLGW username – FirstnameLastname@clgw.ca
- Receive a code via SMS or Authenticator to reset your password
- Choose a new secure password that only you know, and do not share or use it for any other services
- If you cannot complete self-service password reset, please create an account and submit a request in the CLGW Access Portal using your personal email account listed in UKG (Kronos) and we will work with you to verify your identity, ensure you are enrolled in SSPR and MFA, and provide you with a one-time passcode to access your account and select your new password.
- To make sure you are able to reset your password if needed, ensure you have completed SSPR setup and complete MFA setup on your account for additional security.
