If you have an alarm code for the upstairs offices in the Admin building of 8 Royal Road, please send an email to gFreeman@clgw.ca saying that you have a code. DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CODE – DO NOT TELL ANYONE YOUR CODE.
We are compiling a list of people who will need a replacement code when the alarm system is reset at the end of February 2016. Your current alarm code will continue to work until the system is reset at the end of February. When the alarm system is reset all current codes will no longer work – this will happen at the end of February. In order to set or disable the alarm system you will need a NEW code after the system is reset at the end of February.
Please email gFreeman@clgw.ca to arrange for you to come into the Admin offices and set your own new alarm code. New alarm codes cannot be given out until after the system is reset at the end of February.
All other alarm systems are not affected. The system reset is only for the upstairs Admin offices at Royal Road, where the Claire Brown meeting rooms are.
