CMHA are recruiting for a NURSE CLINICIAN (RN) (FACT)

This is a contract full-time position until December 31, 2018 (35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some flexibility to meet service needs) based at 67 King St. E. Kitchener.
This position will provide psychiatric nursing care, mental health assessment, consultation, and intervention services for adults. There will also be an emphasis on education regarding mental health, overall physical health and wellness. This position will report to the Team Lead, Intensive and Adult Services with a direct accountability to the Medical Director for medication issues. This position will be a member of a newly formed team that will have a flexible approach to providing intensive, recovery-oriented support and treatment that puts people first.
