The CLGW Accessibility Committee has recently reviewed and updated our CLGW Accessibility Plan. These updates include a Policy review, the many AODA Compliance targets that have been met and the progress that has been made with respect to accessibility at CLGW. In order to become reacquainted with AODA and its requirements, we are requesting that you read the updated plan and sign off on the attached acknowledgment sheet. This can be done as a group at a team meeting or individually. Just click on the Accessibility tab on our Admin page to find the plan.

Secondly, you will now be able to complete your Annual AODA quiz through Kronos! (it will no longer be part of the annual Policy and Procedure review). To complete the test follow these instructions.

Go into Kronos

Click on My Account

Click on My Actions

Click on Annual AODA Quiz

Then follow instructions to view video. Copy the link, click on plus sign at top to open new window, paste the link into the window at the top that says search or enter address or you can look it up on YouTube by searching An Accessible Ontario in 2025.

Close the video after you’ve watched it and proceed with test. For each question, the drop down arrow will give you your options. Make sure you do all three pages of the test. When you’ve completed the questions, put in date first and then it will allow you to sign it using your Kronos password. Then click Submit.

An e-mail will automatically be sent to HR and your supervisor to say that you have completed your AODA test. An e-mail will automatically be sent to you on your webmail with the answer sheet to ensure you have the correct information.

PLEASE REVIEW AND SIGN OFF ON THE ACCESSIBILITY PLAN AND COMPLETE THE TEST BY JANUARY 15, 2018. THANK YOU!
