Hi everyone:

As you know last January we moved from our old ADP payroll system to the new Workforce Now system. As such you were each emailed to your CLGW account the web link and your log-in information for the new ADP website, Workforce Now. The subject line of the email is “WFN Log-in Details”. We sent out a memo as well regarding this change on January 11, 2017.

We have over 150 employees who have not registered in the new WFN system. If you are one of these employees please log into the system by obtaining your information from your email that was sent to you last year in January as outlined above. Please note that this is the only way to obtain your T4.

If you have any troubles with WFN specifically please email the HR team at HR@clgw.ca. If you have problems logging into your email then as per our normal process create an IT ticket via our intranet.
