The CLGW IT Service Desk is available to request IT support, as well as provide self-service documentation where available. We are always working to improve and add to our documentation, so check back frequently!
Opening a Request
Go to https://support.clgw.ca and enter your CLGW Account email address (FirstnameLastname@clgw.ca), then click “Next”:
Next, click “Continue with Atlassian account”
Sign into your CLGW account email address and confirm your password.
If you’re unable to sign into your CLGW account, please create an account and submit a request in the CLGW Access Portal using your personal email account listed in UKG (Kronos). We will then work with you to verify your identity, ensure you are enrolled in SSPR and MFA, and provide you with a one-time passcode to access your account and select your new password.
During the first sign-in you may be prompted to complete a series of questions – click “Skip question” in the bottom right of the purple box.
After Successfully signing into the CLGW IT Service Desk, you will see a list of help topics. Select a help topic, or search in the box
Enter your summary and description and complete any other listed fields for your type of request. Click “Send” to create the request.
In the top-right corner you will see your “Requests”
Below is a list of your current requests.
Log out of the system when you are done.
You will receive email updates to your request, and can also follow-up by signing in to the IT Service Desk.
