We are excited to introduce MyInfoHub, a centralized platform that will replace this Admin Site.
MyInfoHub is accessible only to CLGW employees and is designed to work on desktop, laptop, mobile, and tablet. It will be your main place to access the tools, forms, policies, and resources you need to do your job.
Here’s the link to access MyInfoHub (https://hub.clgw.ca/). Please bookmark this link, as it will no longer be searchable on Google for security purposes. The current Admin Site will remain active until June 1 to allow time to transition between both platforms. After June 1st, the Admin Site will no longer be available, and everyone will be redirected to MyInfoHub.
Please note that MyInfoHub uses Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), so you’ll log in using the same CLGW email and password you already use for Teams, Outlook, etc.
The platform is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, so feel free to explore it!

Community Living Guelph Wellington is joining in with other developmental service providers and provincial organizations requesting immediate action and support from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.
Developmental Services organizations across our region are experience significant financial pressure to delivering their programs and services.
On behalf of Community Living Guelph Wellington, we support Community Living Ontario (CLO), Ontario Coalition of Rape Crisis Centres (OCRCC), Ontario Association of Interval and Transition Houses (OAITH), Ontario Agencies Supporting People with Special Needs (OASIS), and Family Service Ontario (FSO) in sending a multi-sector joint letter directed to The Honourable Minister Michael Parsa, Minister of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS). This letter is valuable for our community as it expresses the ongoing issue surrounding agencies funded under the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) who are being affected by rising costs and have not received sufficient increases to meet ongoing demands.

We have enabled a new feature in Kronos called Single Sign-On (SSO) to enhance our security and simplify the login process for employees.
This will remove the need to remember a separate password for your Kronos account and enable access to schedules, time off, clocking in and HR actions with just your CLGW account. This is connected to the Self-Service-Password-Reset (SSPR) feature many of you have enrolled in now. Combined, these two features will allow you to reset your own password to regain access to your CLGW email or Kronos along with other CLGW resources that use the SSO feature.

The above link is a step-by-step guide to activate self-serve password reset (SSPR) for frontline staff who do not have a CLGW device.
What is self-serve password reset?
It’s your ability to reset your individual CLGW account password (you might know this as webmail or Office 365). If you’re enrolled with your personal phone number, you’ll be able to reset your password quickly and easily, no longer waiting on IT or your Supervisor to reset your access.
Please take 3-5 minutes to complete the attached walkthrough.
Following the steps will activate your self-serve password reset.
Once you’re enrolled, there’s nothing more you need to do, unless you forget your password or want to manually reset it.
We’ll store both of these resources on https://clgw.ca/admin so you may access them without having to log-in.
Why do this now?
We’re working on merging our CLGW account login and Kronos login, so that you may access both systems using the same username and password. Over time, the goal is to see your CLGW account become your primary login for as many CLGW systems as possible. Being able to reset your password (either because it’s forgotten, or for security purposes) will be important long-term.
Staff who have a CLGW-provided mobile device, as well as anyone who is admin, supervisor or management, should not complete this enrollment.
Dear friend of Community Living Guelph Wellington,
On behalf of Community Living Guelph Wellington, I have both the pleasure and sadness to announce the retirement of our Operations and Compliance Manager, Heather Grimes.
With 31.5 years of service at CLGW, Heather has held a variety of positions. From front-line staff to Skills Development Instructor, to Developmental Community Placement Manager, to Developmental Supervisor, to Team Coordinator, and now as Operations Manager, Heather has worn many hats and helped make CLGW what it is today.
People fondly recollect Heather as the one looking for “rubble” (the cut off ends of squares and cookies not fit for Open House). She loved visiting the kitchen with her wallet to find a sweet treat to go with her afternoon break. It was an excuse to visit with people and check up on how they were doing.
Heather has supported all areas of the organization, including the Norm Jary Golf Tournament and the Fashion Shows. She was exceptional at supporting our fundraising, making calls and drumming up prizes and giveaways.
A proud Grandma, Heather is always good for a story about her grandbabies. When she’s not helping CLGW run, she enjoys spending time with her family, being active, and walking her dogs.
For all of this and so much more, we are grateful for Heather’s time, commitment, and leadership.
Heather’s retirement is effective as of February 22, 2023.
To help us send Heather off on a happy note, we are hosting a gathering to celebrate Heather on Thursday, February 16, starting at 3pm in Guelph.
Knowing that Heather’s 31+ years of experience has made quite the mark, we are looking forward to seeing many faces. This gathering is a drop-in, so please feel free to come anytime between 3pm and 4:30pm.
While we want to be sure to celebrate Heather the best we can, we do ask that each attendee is considerate of all that are attending. Please wear a medical/surgical mask (additional masks will be available at the celebrations), perform hand hygiene upon entry, and do your best to remain physically distanced. As a Disability Services provider, we are maintaining important preventative measures to reduce our risk of COVID.
